Yesterday was one of those days. You know the ones where you wish you could go back to bed and wake up again and the day would be different. As the day went on and adversity continued to wreak havvoc, I rehashed the domino affect of negative issues the day seamed to lavish on us and something in my spirit began asking me, "why do you focus on the difficulties either in the present day or the week or month or year or life. What if instead you began to focus on the blessings you have? Would it change your outlook on life? would those adverse happenings continue or cease? What if you were to focus only on the blessings and simply say thank you?
   It is my belief that in every single day of our life there is a blessing. A positive no matter what kind of day it is. No matter what is happening or how difficult a single day is proving to be there is something to thank the Lord for. So today I say thank you Lord. For breath in my lungs, my children, grand children, family that loves me, a husband that adores me, my best friend. Most important of all, I am a child of the Most High God and He cares for me. Thank You Lord.
